This is a reflection that I wrote today about the daily readings. It is about St. Peter and Jesus' love for him and for us. Enjoy.
Musings about my life, faith, and the God that created, redeems, and sanctifies me.
About Me

- Katie
- I am a junior at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. I really like it there. The campus is small and it feels like we are all just one big family. I am a theology/secondary education major and I am discerning a career in youth ministry.

I'm Just Sayin'
"We can show that Catholic worship does indeed have a place where believers accept Jesus into their hearts as their personal Lord and Savior. When the Priest lifts up the host and says, 'This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world,' the entire congregation confesses, in words from Scripture (see Mt. 8:8), 'Lord, I am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed.' And then we go forward to receive Jesus into our hearts--His body, blood, soul, and divinity."--from "Reasons to Believe" by Scott Hahn
